PLTE - The Physical Therapy Licensure Examination is a government – mandated examination administered by the Professional Regulations Commission to a graduate of B.S. in Physical Therapy. Anyone who wishes to practice physical therapy as a profession in the Philippines must pass this exam and must be duly registered with the PRC. The PTLE is a comprehensive set of tests that include basic concepts and principles, skills and attitudes in the major subject areas of Physical Therapy. The exam is divided into three (3) main parts: Part 1 is Basic/Fundamental Sciences, Part II is Medical and Surgical Conditions and Part III is Physical Therapy Applications.
ICSEC offers two courses for the PTLE designed to provide the students with the most effective preparation for the board exam. The PTLE Refresher Course offers a comprehensive review of the physical therapy concepts and theories by trained instructors. The PTLE Test Preparation program offers a wide range of assessment tools which aim to equip the students with effective test-taking skills.
